## Description

Reddit is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager (IC5) to oversee infrastructure programs. The successful candidate will have strong technical program management skills and technical knowledge to drive programs across Reddit's infrastructure stack.

The Infrastructure organization builds and delivers the compute orchestration environment, storage and data systems, and essential platform services. The role involves planning and executing complex, multi-team programs, such as cluster migrations and storage modernization.

Key responsibilities:

- Own and drive programs across Reddit's infrastructure stack

- Partner with engineering teams to bring programs to completion

- Balance risk across frontend, backend, and revenue-producing teams

- Ensure execution stays aligned to Reddit's long-term infrastructure strategy

- Create and improve processes to smooth the path for others

- Leverage AI to improve program outcomes

- Mentor and lead others in developing key organizational and program skills

Requirements:

- 8+ years of collective experience in engineering and program management roles

- Strong technical depth and judgment

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD systems, observability platforms, and container orchestration

- Strong Technical Program Management skills

- Strong communication and influencing skills

- Experience working with observability and data platforms

- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI/LLM tooling to improve program management workflows
