## Description

We are seeking a skilled Flight Software Platform Engineer to join our team. As a Flight Software Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the software infrastructure to scale the flight software organisation by orders of magnitude. You will enable order-of-magnitude increases in developer productivity through reusable software, pushing the boundaries of scalable embedded software development, creating packaging and distribution infrastructure at scale, and developing abstraction layers for integrated vehicle control systems.

Our team is passionate about solving real-world problems quickly and has a bias towards delivery and iteration. We value people with opinions, intolerance of poor infrastructure, and a focus on process. If you are a skilled engineer with a passion for avionics and flight software, we encourage you to apply.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, including the Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) program for the Air Force's flagship autonomous aircraft program. You will be part of a collaborative culture with plenty of opportunities for ownership and will have a significant impact on the company's success.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive base salary, premium benefits, and equity. You will also have access to a range of additional benefits, including flexible time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, and a retirement savings plan.
