## Description

As a Director, Regional Relationship Manager with Capital One Auto Finance, you will manage a Regional Buying Center and team of Inside Sales Managers.

The role involves:

- Providing primary management and oversight to the Regional Buying Center to ensure sales protocol is followed and business results are maximised

- Coaching a high-performance sales team of up to 3-4 Sr. Relationship Managers to meet and exceed all critical sales performance objectives

- Coordinating activities and partnering with the Sales Management team to obtain maximum efficiencies in production

- Analysing and organising a sales team of inside sales representatives, including time management, account management, problem-solving, and customer interaction skills

- Working independently and in collaboration with others on assigned tasks and projects while meeting all deadlines

- Engaging directly and effectively with Key Customers to build strong relationships and generate incremental originations volumes

- Providing oversight on policy and procedure adherence and ensuring compliant actions

The basic qualifications are:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 2 years of experience managing teams or people in the financial services industry

- At least 2 years of experience within the auto finance industry

- At least 2 years of credit underwriting experience in indirect lending

Preferred qualifications include:

- 5+ years of credit underwriting experience in indirect lending, auto finance industry

- 5+ years of experience managing people or teams in the auto finance industry

The salary range for this role in Phoenix, AZ is $187,300 - $213,700 per year.

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
