## Description

Join Cromwell Hospital as a Theatre Practitioner Scrub Nurse in Gynaecology, Urology, and Robotics. You will work in a busy and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care. The salary range is £37,080 to £46,890 per year, with additional benefits including a one-off Golden Hello payment of £3,000 or £5,000 towards domestic relocation costs.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the best quality service in a pleasant environment for both staff and patients

- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, scrubbing for Laparoscopic, Gynae, Urology, and general cases

- Assist in patient positioning and preparation, and ensure correct labelling and dispatch of specimens

- Control cross-infection by observing departmental policies

- Participate in induction and orientation programs for new staff

- Prepare patients for clinical/operative procedures

- Provide assistance in clinical/operative procedures

- Take charge of the clinical area in the absence of an advanced practitioner

- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate peri-operative patient care

- Participate in delegation and supervision of junior grades and unqualified staff

Requirements:

- 1st level registration Adult and/or Children or Diploma or Degree in Health Care Studies / ODP Level 3 NVQ / ODA 752

- Previous perioperative experience in Laparoscopic, Gynaecology, Urology, General, Plastics, or Kidney Transplant

- NMC or HCPC registered
