## Description

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Team Leader to play a central role in the development of our endoscopy service and progression towards JAG accreditation.

As an Endoscopy Team Leader, you will take a lead role in driving the department's journey towards JAG accreditation, supporting governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the endoscopy service.

The successful candidate will be a registered NMC or ODP professional with a minimum of 3 years of endoscopy experience, and a strong knowledge of Joint Advisory Group (JAG) and CQC standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the endoscopy service and team to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care

- Driving the department's journey towards JAG accreditation

- Providing visible clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the endoscopy team

- Promoting a culture of safety, learning, and continuous service improvement
