## Description

Astranis builds advanced satellites for high orbits, expanding humanity's reach into the solar system.

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter that will own full-cycle recruitment and deliver an exceptional candidate journey/experience.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will:

- Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.

- Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data.

- Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.

- Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.

- Manage and expand diversity and inclusion initiatives.

- Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members.

- Collect and analyze data on recruiting funnels, and make recommendations about how to improve processes.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience as a technical recruiter at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.

- Proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware-focused roles.

- Ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.

- Distinguish between top 50% and top 5% of talent within their respective fields.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision-making.

- Exceptional organisational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
