## Description

As an Assistant Business Manager at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will act as the ultimate brand ambassador in Travel Retail, leading and engaging your team with the unique Tilbury vision.

You will drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators, support the Business Manager in determining individual and team sales targets, and communicate with Retail Artists to agree sales objectives and deliver them.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and being a specialist amongst retail artistry brands

- Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service and creating a customer experience

- Coaching and giving feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved

- Taking every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience

- Implementing individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews, and recognizing and celebrating performance

- Proposing plans, events, and activities to unlock commercial success

- Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness, and hygiene standards

- Executing flawless grooming standards, inspiring your team to be and feel the best versions of themselves

You will be required to work 5 days on a shift basis, working both early shifts and late shifts, and provide a five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check.
