## Description

We're looking for a hands-on Backend Tech Lead to serve as a technical authority for critical system software,driving architecture, design, and code quality.

In this role you'll combine deep engineering skills with technical leadership: solving the hardest programming, performance, and reliability challenges, leading design reviews and technical decisions.

Your contributions will have visible technical impact on our core product,improving time-to-market, driving cost reductions, and satisfying current and future customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Technical Design & Development**

- Design and develop cutting-edge system software products.

- Drive performance optimization and efficient memory management.

- Develop innovative solutions addressing challenges in virtualization, multithreading, and hardware–software interaction.

- Design and implement robust, scalable solutions for complex challenges.

- Proactively identify bottlenecks in system design and implement scalable solutions.

- Perform in-depth debugging, triaging, and resolution for a variety of issues.

**Technical Leadership**

- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and decisions on critical system challenges, driving the adoption of innovative solutions and best practices.

- Develop and integrate solutions into complex systems.

- Identify and evaluate new technology innovations to ensure alignment with the technology roadmap and business value; create plans for integration into the architecture.

**Collaboration & Innovation**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design goals and ensure seamless integration with the system architecture.

- Explore and implement new methodologies fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

- Stay updated on evolving trends in virtualization technologies to bring innovative practices to the team.

- Exhibit flexibility in taking on new or related tasks, showcasing adaptability and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

**Knowledge & Skills**

- In-depth working knowledge and hands-on backend experience.

- At least 10 years of expertise in C#.

- AI adopter with proven hands-on experience applying generative AI tools to streamline software development, improve engineering efficiency, and support a continuous-learning mindset.

- Strong knowledge of Linux and virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM and Openshift.

- Deep expertise in software systems design, development methodologies, and integration across diverse platforms and technologies.

- Strong ability to innovate and bring fresh approaches to technical challenges.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and sharp analytical abilities.

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively present and discuss technical designs, proposals, and solutions with senior management and stakeholders.

- Ability to work autonomously and drive, groom, and mentor other team members.

**Education & Experience**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 10+ years of backend engineering experience.
