## Description

We are seeking an Operations Director to join our team at Spire Shawfair Park Hospital in Edinburgh. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will be instrumental in delivering the Annual Operating Plan, aligning with the hospital's strategy and Spire Healthcare's Purpose and Values.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the Hospital Capacity Manager to maximise patient throughput and facility utilisation, ensuring safe and efficient care standards.

- Lead non-clinical services and colleagues, building engaged teams that provide efficient and consistent working methods.

- Oversee daily operational performance to meet financial targets and key performance indicators.

- Ensure appropriate risk management processes are in place for regulatory compliance and a culture of open reporting.

**Requirements:**

- Proven track record in a managerial role, preferably in a multi-functional environment or healthcare industry.

- Natural leadership skills, with the ability to manage people and deliver plans.

- Strong organisational skills to manage competing pressures and priorities.
