## Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate - In-App Marketing Specialist to support the Retail Bank’s marketing efforts in our Capital One app(s). This role is critical to the success of our channel strategy team and will be a part of the rapidly growing Bank Marketing organization.

You will own the development of in-app marketing campaigns to cross-sell new products, drive new account generation, and deepen customer engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, while contributing to the development of the overarching channel strategy and roadmap.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator who can succeed in an environment requiring cross-functional collaboration and independent work after receiving guidance. Experience with performance marketing, data-backed marketing intent, creative development, and test & learn agendas is necessary.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop in-app marketing campaigns

- Support the development of overarching marketing strategy and roadmapping

- Lead creative development of in-app marketing materials

- Build audience strategies in SFMC

- Partner with technical teams to establish campaign guardrails

- Collaborate with bank marketing to design multi-channel campaigns

- Monitor campaign performance and execute enhancements

- Define testing strategies to drive business growth

- Manage stakeholder communications

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree or military experience

- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing

- At least 3 years of experience driving creative strategy

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry

- Marketing journey orchestration experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100

- Wilmington, DE: $87,700 - $100,100

This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
