## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stockport Retail Park. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Working Hours:** Wednesday: 04:30 - 08:30 Thursday: 04:30 - 08:30 Friday: 04:30 - 08:30 Saturday: 04:30 - 08:30

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations on M&S Food products

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilizing digital tools to enhance customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Be at least 18 years old

- Digitally confident, with ability to use in-store devices and Sparks

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings and potential full-time hours during peak periods (13th and 20th December)

**Benefits:**

- Competitive hourly rate

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
