## Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Chihuahua, Mexico. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving the plant's controls strategy, troubleshooting automation problems, and conducting machine acceptance tests.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing and following up on automation projects and installations using Vis Plant monitoring software

- Troubleshooting PLC, robot, and other automation problems

- Reprogramming automation for engineering changes and improvements

- Defining, designing, and maintaining the plant controls strategy

- Reviewing, approving, and loading machine controls software

- Conducting machine acceptance tests for new and retooled equipment

Requirements include:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls (RSLogix)

- Electrical background (electrician or technician)

- Related experience

Preferred qualifications include:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering

- 2+ years of related experience

- Strong problem-solving skills, including 8Ds, FMEAs, and DMAICs

- Ability to independently troubleshoot all body equipment and continuously evaluate equipment for improvement

- Fanuc robot experience

- Kawasaki programming, RS Logics, Microsoft Office
