As a Sr. Materials Manager at Bayer's O'Hara site, you will oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials within the supply chain. You will manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory levels, and ensure materials are available when needed. Collaboration with production and logistics teams is essential to maintain efficient workflows and minimize costs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify projects and initiatives to increase efficiencies and drive resolution of detailed plans for assigned planning areas

- Develop alternative solutions for supply shortfalls impacting internal and external customer requirements

- Handle complex procurement problems independently, utilizing financial, operational, and business judgment

- Maintain SAP planning parameters for assigned areas

- Utilize delegation to expand scope of influence

**Requirements:**

- BA/BS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business, or Information Technology

- Significant experience in a Product Supply discipline

- Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to influence others and build relationships within the organization

- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and SAP modules (MM/PP/WM)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of total experience, including minimum of 3 years' experience in a Product Supply discipline
