## Description

As a Business Operations & Process Improvement Intern, you'll work alongside our global IP Group Program Management team, tackling meaningful projects that make a difference:

- Manage and organize important data in our business systems

- Create helpful guides, templates, and resources for your teammates

- Dive into data, build reports, spot trends, and help the team understand what the numbers are telling us about our projects and operations

- Identify tasks that could be automated using tools like Power Automate and Power Apps

- Collaborate globally with experienced program managers across different countries

You'll need:

- Current studies in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or similar

- Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Clear communication in English, both in writing and speaking

- Curiosity and proactivity

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or automation tools

- Interest in AI and productivity

- Exposure to project management

- Curiosity about digital transformation
