## Description

WSP is seeking a Project Manager - Power & Energy to join their team in St. Louis, MO. This position can also be offered remotely.

As a Project Manager, you will provide high-level technical project leadership and guidance, managing administrative, commercial, and technical components of assigned projects or portfolios. You will oversee moderate to larger-sized projects, ensuring financial, technical, client satisfaction, quality, safety, and schedule objectives are met.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading cross-functional teams of technical professionals and subject matter experts

- Managing project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans

- Developing work breakdown structures, technical reviews, and QA/QC plans

- Mentoring project team members and performing margin analyses

- Participating in contract negotiations and project closeouts

- Maintaining regular communications with clients and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field

- Essential project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)

- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in project management

- Experience in the A/E/C industry and with large capital infrastructure programs

- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $210,000.
