## Description

We are recruiting for an Investment Banking Coverage Specialist – Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) to join our Corporate Finance business in London.

Our Corporate Finance business is a market leader in Origination & Advisory, providing a full range of investment banking services, including public and private equity and debt financing, M&A advice, Corporate Broking and private investment services for corporate and institutional clients.

As a Coverage Specialist, you will have initiative and integrity, strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key TMT accounts

- Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with clients

- Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling

- In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers

- Utilise sector knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Country and Product bankers on opportunities relating to the TMT sector

- Responsible for helping to develop and mentor team members

**Requirements:**

- Relevant Broking and Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market products within the TMT coverage sector

- Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM

- Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities

- High levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and drive

- Effective organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills

- Able to drive and influence senior, cross-functional and cross-regional deal teams, interfacing with multiple business partners across business lines and regions
