## Description

We are seeking a Tax and Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team in Pasig City, National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines.

The Transfer Pricing Specialist reports to the Manager, International Transfer Pricing and assists in providing tax support on international transfer pricing and tax matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager, International Transfer Pricing, producing and analysing transfer pricing and tax information to support the business. They will also participate in regional calls with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Provide advice on international transfer pricing inquiries and undertake tax research on specific business transactions

- Monitor transfer pricing developments and ensure compliance with submission deadlines

- Support local finance teams in transfer pricing documentation for all entities within the regions assigned and relevant audits conducted by local or international tax authorities

- Review intercompany agreements as requested

- Assist local finance teams in seeking external tax and transfer pricing advice where necessary

- Undertake tax compliance assignments as requested

- Perform other tasks or special projects assigned by the Manager, International Transfer Pricing

Qualifications:

- CA/CPA (or equivalent)

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics

- At least 3 years of relevant experience with a multinational organization, including experience with a Big 4 accounting firm

- Transfer pricing and international tax experience, with knowledge of new international tax regulations (OECD/BEPS)

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Excellent research, organizational, and coordination skills

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Self-starter, independent, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Ability to work at a fast pace with shifting responsibilities

- Ability to communicate and interact with cross-functional teams

- Ability to work with significant autonomy and demonstrate clear initiative, strong and concise communication
