## Description

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Plainfield, Illinois.

**Job Summary:** As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within our EMR system.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.

- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

**Requirements:**

- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program

- Current or pending state licensure

- BLS certification

- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset

- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

- A base salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and market factors
