## Description

We are seeking a part-time Merchandiser to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company in New Bern, North Carolina.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are properly displayed and stocked in stores. Your main tasks will include:

- Merchandising products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers to ensure full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics

- Rotating products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit

- Pulling and reporting any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange

- Maintaining clean and organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness

- Supporting in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales

You will also be expected to collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs. Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers is crucial to this role.

Requirements for this position include:

- A valid US driver's license

- A reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

- Being at least 18 years of age

- Experience in merchandising is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
