## Description

As a Lead Engineer in the Build Automation team at Grab, you will help shape and improve our CI pipelines and tools for local development setup.

You will collaborate with other Grabbers across teams and departments, driving innovation and promoting an environment of mutual support.

Your responsibilities include:

- Developing and refining GitLab CI pipelines and Go and Python tools

- Enhancing tools for local environment setup and updates

- Engaging with users to gather requirements and provide technical support

- Collaborating with the team to ensure tools align with evolving project needs and industry standards

- Developing solutions to improve CI tools usability

The ideal candidate will have:

- Programming proficiency in Go and Python

- 7+ years of professional experience in software development

- Experience with CI/CD concepts and GitLab CI

- Knowledge of Nix and build isolation and reproducibility

- Professional experience with AWS

- Experience with observability using DataDog, Kibana, and Grafana

- Experience creating detailed technical documentation and troubleshooting issues with users
