## Description

As an Operations Manager at Red Bull in Dallas, you will oversee the operations of a large facility, analysing and improving systems and procedures to increase efficiency while maintaining safety and quality. You will manage inventory, fleet, warehouse, personnel, and day-to-day operations to achieve operational excellence.

### Responsibilities

#### Managing the Business

- Manage and improve operations services to support the sales department, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Forecast demand, evaluate potential shortages, and determine the most cost-effective method for ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Input product orders into SAP, resolve variances, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.

- Implement FIFO policy in the warehouse, meeting Account Manager and customer needs.

- Conduct daily inventory checks and rectify variances.

#### Fleet Management

- Coordinate preventive maintenance for delivery vehicles to minimise disruptions.

- Inspect vehicles regularly, arranging for repairs as needed.

- Monitor and coordinate vehicle accidents with service providers and insurance carriers.

#### Communication

- Hire, train, supervise, and develop warehouse employees, managing performance and aligning with the General Manager on performance issues.

- Maintain AIB standards and identify best practices to share with the National Operations Manager.

### Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.

- Understanding of computer ordering systems and IT systems.

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

- English; additional languages an advantage.
