## Description

We are seeking a Content Strategy Lead to set the strategic direction for marketing content creation, digital-first storytelling, and execution across business channels in Asia.

The successful candidate will develop and execute Asia's content strategy across equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset, and macro themes. They will lead the creation of investment marketing content across digital, social, web, video, email, presentations, and sales materials.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing content campaigns, product launches, thought leadership, and market event communications

- Partnering with sales teams to deliver client-focused content and tools that support business growth

- Leading and developing a high-performing content team, setting priorities and ensuring quality execution

- Managing senior stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, compliance, technology, and operations

- Improving content governance, workflows, efficiency, and adoption of technology and automation

- Monitoring content performance and using insights to optimize strategy and execution

Requirements:

- 8-10+ years' experience in content marketing, investment communications, product marketing, or related financial services roles

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field

- MBA and/or CFA preferred

- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

- Experience with Bloomberg, Morningstar, and other data platforms is a plus

- Advanced skills in MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint

- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience

- Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and financial communications

- Experience developing content strategies and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns

- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills

- Strong project management, commercial judgment, and prioritization skills

- Interest in digital innovation, AI, automation, and content technology solutions
