As a Tool and Die Maker at Ford's Kansas City Assembly Plant, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining tools and dies used in the production process. This includes operating manual Lathes, Mills, Surface Grinders, Radial Drills, and metal cutting machines, as well as setting up and operating CNC Lathes and Milling machines.

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain tools and dies used in the production process

- Operate manual Lathes, Mills, Surface Grinders, Radial Drills, and metal cutting machines

- Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Milling machines

- Use precision measuring Tools

- Blueprint and schematic reading

Qualifications:

- Completed a bona fide apprenticeship, or have 8 years of previous experience, or have a combination of previous work experience and training equivalent to a bona fide apprenticeship program in the trade
