## Description

We are seeking a skilled Bike Assembler and Mechanic to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Assembling and inspecting complete box and custom bikes, including frame preparation, wheel building, and truing

- Managing inventory issues and order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping

- Performing general shop duties, training, and special projects as directed by the supervisor

- Providing support to other fulfillment departments when needed

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- At least 3 years of experience as a high-end mountain and road bike assembler/mechanic

- Proficiency in the following areas:

- Disc brake setup

- Derailleur setup and adjustment

- Suspension

- Proper frame preparation techniques (facing and tapping)

- Wheel truing

- Understanding of bicycle fit

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency with computer programs, including general computer, email, word processing, and internet skills

The hourly rate for this position is $19 - $20.
