## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Parc Llandudno, the heart of our store where customers come to recharge. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering warm, five-star service, even during the busiest periods.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing excellent customer service and making great food and drink recommendations

- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- Maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Working effectively as part of a team to meet customer needs

- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. The working hours for this role are:

- Week 1: Sunday 10:45-16:00, Thursday 10:30-15:45, Friday 10:30-15:45, Saturday 09:45-15:00

- Week 2: Friday 11:00-16:15, Saturday 11:00-16:15

As a brand ambassador, you'll be expected to embody the M&S values and provide an exceptional customer experience.
