## Description

We are looking for a Chef OT-System to lead our team responsible for the operation and management of critical OT systems supporting the monitoring, control, and management of our electricity network.

As a Chef OT-System, you will combine business understanding, technology, and leadership to ensure the stable and secure operation of our OT systems 24/7. You will develop and lead an engaged team, implement and improve structures, processes, and working methods, and collaborate with internal customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and developing the team within the system area

- Implementing and further developing structure, order, and clear working methods

- Ensuring stable, secure, and available operation of critical OT systems

- Driving operational management, lifecycle management, and continuous improvements

- Creating close collaboration and effective interfaces with internal customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

- Establishing, following up, and optimizing budgets for the business

We require:

- Experience of leadership in a technical, operational, or safety-critical system environment

- Ability to navigate among many dependencies and stakeholders

- Understanding of stable system operation, information security, and structured management

- Leadership experience, either formal or developed in other contexts
