Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Wigan Robin Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. You'll work in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.

**Job Details:**

- Work Pattern: Sunday 06:30 - 10:30, Tuesday 04:30 - 08:30, Wednesday 04:30 - 08:30, Thursday 04:30 - 08:30, Friday 04:30 - 08:30

- Under 18 disclaimer: This job role involves working early mornings, so we can't consider applications from anyone under 18.

- Unsocial premium: £3.00 p/h added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

- Flexibility: You may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver remarkable service to customers, making them feel valued every time they shop with us.

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.

- Utilise our digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store.
