## Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support our Field Marketing Manager in building the local presence of Red Bull among younger audiences, focusing on those aged 18-25.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directly managing a team of Student Marketeers and aiding in the planning and execution of Red Bull's field marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing field marketing strategies to build brand image and increase product understanding locally

- Managing and coaching a team of Student Marketeers to execute university marketing strategies and drive sales

- Collaborating with the Field Marketing Manager to create marketing initiatives across the four key pillars of the marketing mix: Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications

- Supporting the planning and execution of events, sampling activities, and sales support programs

- Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to leverage local networks and key opinion leaders

- Contributing to the creation of premium and aspirational local brand experiences with a strong digital and social media presence

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- Driver's license

- Strong understanding of local scenes and networking skills

- Experience in leading teams and managing people

- Strategic thinking and initiative-taking skills

- Leadership, motivation, and team skills

- Analytical, planning, and project management competencies

- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to put new ideas into practice

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Self-motivated, sporty, and friendly with a strong interest in working with people
