## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer at Debreceni Egyetem, you will be part of one of the world's most dynamic and exciting brand ambassador programs.

Your main goal will be to build brand image and awareness on your university campus and within your region.

Responsibilities:

- Represent the Red Bull brand and its values in your daily interactions with consumers and customers

- Increase the user base by introducing Red Bull to new consumers through product sampling and providing professional answers to their questions

- Develop and implement a personalized, innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life on campus

- Build strong relationships and networks with local key players

- Increase brand commitment on social media platforms with authentic content

- Work at Red Bull and supported events to deliver unforgettable brand experiences to consumers

- Collaborate with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is visible and available at sales points

- Participate in opening new sales points on and off the university campus

- Utilize relevant tools and opportunities connected to the Red Bull world to keep the brand top-of-mind for sales partners

- Ensure store standards are met

Requirements:

- Passion for the Red Bull brand and product

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and open personality

- Active participation in student life with a good overview of the university environment, city, and region

- Easily approachable and sociable personality who can connect with diverse people

- Creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit with high sense of responsibility and initiative

- Ability to balance part-time work with studies, ideally available evenings and weekends

- Interest in acquiring and applying new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales

- Connections with influential student groups and individuals on campus

- Valid driver's license

- Availability for evening and weekend work

- Active university student status (applications only accepted from students at the listed university)

- Confident English language skills
