## Description

We are looking for a Technical Artist (Tools) to join the EA SPORTS Technology team at Electronic Arts in Vancouver, Canada. As a Technical Artist, you will develop pipelines, workflows, and technology innovations used by content creators across all of EA SPORTS.

Responsibilities:

- Develop content production tools, pipelines, asset optimization/integration, and workflows

- Partner with development teams to build shared and scalable solutions

- Assume ownership over technical issues that arise on projects and bring them to resolution

Qualifications:

- At least 3+ years of cinematic/games production experience

- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field

- Effective communication skills with different audiences: artists, engineers, managers

- Proficient scripting/programming in Python or C# (C++ is a bonus)

- Experience with 2D/3D art packages such as Maya, Photoshop, Houdini

- Asset optimization challenges/techniques experience

- Willingness to jump into unknown problems and solve technical challenges

- Passion for Games!
