## Description

We are seeking a Media Network Manager to lead all aspects of content development, programming, communications, and production management in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing the country's strategic media direction

- Building a year-around engagement plan to deliver relevant and surprising content to key audiences

- Identifying great story opportunities and putting audience plans into action

- Creating and curating engaging content that excites and inspires an evolving consumer base

- Tracking digital development of the industry and motivating the team to stay ahead of the curve

- Ensuring alignment with Red Bull's global audience and media approach

- Leading the country organization in developing innovative media network plans

- Contributing media and content expertise to further develop events and athletes/artists projects

Requirements:

- Senior media professional with an extensive media network in the market

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Media, Communications, or Strategy in media-led companies

- Proven track record in leading teams and projects in media and content business

- Strong creative and operational background

- Ability to think strategically on how to build audience engagement

- Story seeker with the ability to identify year-around stories with true media potential

- Knowledge of different strengths and weaknesses of partner platforms and utilization to maximize engagement

- Understanding of media consumers and their constantly changing consumption behaviors

- Proven leadership qualities and presentation skills

- Ability to build relations in all fields of media, digital platforms, and entertainment
