## Description

You will join the Legal Department at Ubisoft, specifically the team responsible for strategic partnerships supporting game distribution, including partnerships with major digital and technology platforms and console manufacturers.

Your role will focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and supporting their implementation, working closely with the Global Publishing operational teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contributing to commercial transactions and strategic negotiations, including taking part in strategic negotiations with Publishing and Sales teams, drafting and negotiating distribution agreements, and supporting the implementation and ongoing management of agreements.

- Providing broader operational advice, including advising operational teams on competition law matters and market practices, and providing practical, business-oriented advice on day-to-day operational matters.

- Developing your expertise in new technologies and evolving distribution methods, including monitoring technological, market, and legal developments, and recommending practical adaptations to contracts and distribution models.

To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience in commercial transactions, business law, and/or intellectual property gained in a law firm and/or in-house, within an international environment.

Requirements include:

- Solid experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally with major digital players or technology companies.

- Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to quickly identify key legal and business elements within a large volume of information, and to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
