## Description

As an Occupational Safety Specialist at Coolblue, you will actively shape work and health protection in Germany.

You will identify risks before they arise, develop effective prevention measures, and ensure that safety is more than just a requirement.

Your responsibilities include:

- Advising managers at eye level

- Creating risk assessments

- Developing sustainable safety concepts

- Designing and conducting training sessions to support employees in working safely and healthily

- Supporting the analysis of work accidents and developing preventive measures

- Introducing new processes and safety measures and conducting effectiveness checks
