## Description

Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to join their team in Oakville, Ontario, with a salary range of $22.25 - $34.89 per hour.

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Provide talent acquisition support, including hiring and managing intern initiatives

- Organize internship events, such as networking and engagement activities

- Support Ford of Canada's annual Internal Control Review - MCRP (Modular Control Review Program)

- Develop recruiting materials to align with Global Employment Branding

- Support culture launch initiatives and communication strategies

- Support enhancement of employee development initiatives

- Partner with HR Business Partners on People Cycle Plans and HR projects

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree (B.Comm, BBA, BA, or MBA)

- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Previous experience in an automotive setting or related field is considered an asset

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Familiarity with Generative AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, is an asset
