## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer Composites CBW to join our team. As a key member of our design engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of composite components for our Formula 1 cars.

## What you'll do

As a Senior Design Engineer Composites CBW, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the design and development of composite components for our Formula 1 cars

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements

- Developing and maintaining design standards and guidelines

- Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers

## What you need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. mechanical, aerospace, materials science)

- Proven experience in composite design and development

- Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g. CATIA, SolidWorks)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
