## Description

As a Senior Manager, People Technology & Analytics at ShipBob, you will lead the efforts to build and implement a cohesive People Technology & Analytics function from the ground up.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a People Technology & Analytics roadmap that reflects both near-term operational priorities and longer-term capability goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing a people systems strategy and roadmap

- Configuring and administering HR technology systems, including ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse, and Lattice

- Building a people analytics program, including data management and metric architecture

- Developing an AI and automation strategy

- Designing and implementing organizational changes

- Leading a team of HRIS and analytics professionals

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, and people analytics

- 3+ years of experience in a formal leadership or team management role

- Experience with multiple HCM platforms

- Demonstrated track record of operating as a player-coach

- Experience developing and owning an HR technology roadmap

- Independent people analytics capability

- Genuine curiosity and point of view on how AI and automation apply to HR systems and operations
