## Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee the production of 3M products in a safe and economic manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing professional and support level employees within Manufacturing to ensure production volume and schedules, as well as cost and quality of production are met

- Supervising and managing all functions involved in the production of 3M products

- Ensuring direct supervision, training, safety performance, product quality, cost control, employee communications, employee morale, and productivity

- Acting as plant senior management representative on holidays, weekends, evenings, and night shifts
