## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Belfast Abbey Centre. You'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Tuesday: 14:00-18:00

- Wednesday: 14:00-18:00

- Friday: 14:00-18:00

- Saturday: 14:00-18:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience
