## Description

Our Enterprise Security organisation is seeking Security Partner professionals to work directly with leadership within enterprise Business Units (BU). As a Security Partner, you will be accountable for driving measurable security improvements over time and maintaining a healthy relationship between the enterprise BU and Security.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain a current, prioritised risk register for your BU, weighing compensating controls and distinguishing top risks from lower priorities.

- Engage deeply with your BU's architecture, leading security design reviews and threat models, and advocating well-reasoned security positions.

- Provide your BU with the right security expertise and represent the BU's voice in security forums.

- Drive risk remediation plans and bug closure to completion, sequencing high-impact work first and establishing clear ownership and accountability.

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or a closely related discipline within a large, complex enterprise or consulting environment.

- Strong understanding of security control methodologies and frameworks (e.g., COSO, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53).

- Sharp, defensible technical point of view, with ability to back positions with specifics and prioritise risk with clarity and conviction.

- Clear communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to build trust with cross-functional and remote stakeholders.

**Nice to Have:**

- CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent certification.

- Hands-on fluency with AI/ML security considerations, agentic architectures, or cloud identity systems.

- Prior experience integrating acquired entities or working in a regulated industry.

- Experience working with a BISO-type role.

**Salary Range:** $117,200 - $260,100 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $141,200 - $285,800 annually.
