## Description

We are seeking a Production Shift Manager - Fruit (Late Shift) to join our team at Morrisons. As a Department Manager, you will work at pace to deliver great food to our customers. This role is 5 days from 7, 2pm - 10pm, including some weekend working.

You will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for:

- Leading your team to successfully deliver your lines KPI's and drive business performance

- Coaching, developing, and leading your staff to establish a continuous improvement culture

- Building strong relationships with internal and external suppliers to ensure the site is legally compliant

- Recording and analysing waste levels, including OEE and potential efficiency

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Experience as a Department Manager/Shift Manager or equivalent

- Experience in a large-scale production/warehouse operation, ideally in food manufacturing

- The ability to coach and encourage your team

- Problem-solving and process change implementation skills

- Experience of managing budgets and controlling costs

- Strong leadership and coaching skills
