## Description

As a Procurement Specialist at Red Bull, you will be responsible for driving efficient and strategic procurement activities in the indirect purchasing domain. You will manage vendor selection, management, and evaluation, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with global procurement policies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing category strategies to reduce costs and improve procurement processes

- Managing procurement activities for categories such as vehicles, domestic and international travel, mobile, 3PL, and marketing-related procurements

- Analyzing expenditures and KPIs to support efficient operations

- Overseeing the Procure-to-Pay process, including new vendor approval, budget management, and procurement performance reporting

- Reviewing and supporting contract negotiations, and managing procurement-related documents to minimize risks and enhance business reliability

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Native-level Japanese language skills (or N1+ with practical experience)

- Business-level English language skills, with speaking skills desirable

- At least 5 years of procurement experience in Japan, with negotiation experience essential

- Strong stakeholder management, expenditure analysis, and RFP response skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

We welcome applicants with indirect materials procurement experience, experience working in a global company, and experience using analytics tools like Power BI.
