## Description

We are seeking a proven, tactical and strategic Manager, Sales to lead a team of Account Executives who are tasked with generating growth in our Emerging Small Business & Small Medium Business Accounts in Malaysia.

As a Manager, Sales, you will drive sales growth within the ESMB segment in Malaysia. You will define strategies for growing revenue, identify account-wide opportunities, and successfully run both the strategic and operational levels. You will manage and develop a team of Account Executives, participate and lead in client and prospect meetings, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources as required.

Key responsibilities:

- Attract, recruit, and retain top talent

- Support direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings, and engaging other corporate resources as required

- Provide ongoing mentoring and development of the Emerging Small Business sales team in business development and opportunity management

- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure

- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management

- Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results

Requirements:

- Extensive software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including sales management experience

- Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment

- Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment

- Working knowledge/experience of the CRM space

- Excellent presentation and listening skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
