## Description

This is an office-based Intern, Product & Graphic Design role in Taguig City, Philippines, at Disney Consumer Products, which brings stories and characters to life through innovative physical products and digital experiences.

The Product & Graphic Design Intern will lend creative support to the Philippines Product Design team to meet and surpass product design objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Market and Consumer Research: Track global and local market trends, focusing on Gen Z and Alpha.

- Build mood boards: Support creating inspiration boards for upcoming seasonal collections/projects.

- Driving Innovation: Contribute to brainstorm sessions and share new concepts and ideas with the PD creative team.

- Generate assets: Occasionally create new illustrations and graphics inspired by official assets, covering character art, poses, branding, and similar designs.

- Draft presentation layout: Provide fresh ideas for making presentation decks.

- Think creatively to produce new concepts/ideas while working with available assets.

- Liaise with other creative members and the commercial team to learn synergy for building the consumer product business.

Internship Requirements:

- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree.

- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period.

- Available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2027.

- Indicate expected graduation date in resume.

- Indicate creative/design portfolio link in resume and application.

Requirements:

- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Media Art, Design Art, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Product/Industrial Design, or a related field.

- Proficient in relevant design and presentation programs and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, 3D modeling software, and Keynote.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

- Knowledge or interest in Illustrations, 3D, Video Editing is a plus.

- Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel.

- A keen eye for aesthetics, color, style, forms, and trends, plus strong attention to detail.

- Creative, capable of bringing forth ideas and concepts that contribute to product development and overall projects.

- Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity.

- Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross-functional teams.

- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organization and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
