## Job Overview

As a Lead Product Manager at Carta, you will work across our platform to ensure our offerings remain market-leading and transformative. Carta connects founders, investors, and limited partners through world-class software, purpose-built for everyone in venture capital, private equity, and private credit.

## Responsibilities

- Drive strategy, prioritization, and product delivery as a strong product leader.

- Build intuitive solutions to complex problems, impacting how ownership is managed and distributed worldwide.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, engineers, and business partners.

- Empathize with users, understanding their problems and needs.

- Analyze complex systems, thinking holistically and drawing data flow diagrams.

- Balance big-picture product strategy with detailed problem-solving.

- Be resourceful and scrappy, validating hypotheses and determining when to invest in solutions.

## Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in product management within high-paced, agile software development environments.

- Proven track record of shipping impactful products.

- Experience building products at startups with cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of user needs and problems.

- Systems thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to navigate between high-level strategy and detailed execution.

## Compensation

- Expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range: $204,000 - 240,000 in San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA; New York, NY, and $193,800 - 228,000 in Seattle, WA.
