## Description

We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Officer to join our team in Hong Kong.

As a Senior Learning & Development Officer, you will be responsible for developing learning strategies and plans with management to address staffing needs and deficiencies identified in a Needs Assessment. You will design, develop, and produce training materials, conduct stand-up training to groups of employees, and monitor departmental safety training and orientation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Meeting with managers and department heads to discuss staffing needs and required qualifications

- Developing learning strategies and plans with management

- Designing, developing, and producing training materials

- Conducting stand-up training to groups of employees

- Monitoring departmental safety training and orientation

- Assisting management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees

- Following company and safety policies and procedures

- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information

Preferred qualifications:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- At least 1 year of related work experience

- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
