## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehabilitation in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide excellent healthcare for our patients, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide excellent health care for patients, achieving good outcomes and high patient satisfaction.

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.

- Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress.

- Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.

- Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.

- Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.

- Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success.

- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.

- Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, with a target of 60 treatments in a 40-hour workweek.

- Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.

- Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education.

**Qualifications:**

- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

- Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
