## Description

The Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader role at Target involves leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

The pay range for this role is $64,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities:

- Build a team of passionate and knowledgeable Guest Advocates and Service and Engagement Leaders

- Drive total store sales and understand the team's contribution to profitability

- Anticipate staffing needs and talent plan

- Manage leaders to provide continuous education opportunities

- Engage in development conversations with team members

- Personalize recognition and appreciation for team members

- Establish a culture of accountability

- Understand business reporting and guest insights

- Respond to negative guest experiences

- Own schedules and manage store experience

- Ensure team is knowledgeable about physical and digital offerings

- Lead the team to deliver an efficient guest pick-up experience

- Work a flexible schedule

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

Requirements:

- 4-year degree or equivalent experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong business acumen

- Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable

- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision making

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently and with a team
