## Description

We are seeking a talented university student to join our 1-year Futureforce internship program in LATAM as a Futureforce intern in the Alliances and Channels team.

As a Futureforce intern, you will gain deep insight into Salesforce's operations within the LATAM market, work on sustained, impactful projects, and become an integral part of your team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Recruit and develop net new partners across various clouds and industries within the region/country

- Manage daily business processes, including partner lead administration and supporting partner onboarding processes

- Support partner marketing activities, processes, and communications

- Assist with partner funding and financial operations

- Collaborate closely with your team on strategic initiatives to expand Salesforce's reach in the LATAM market

- Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and Futureforce program events

**Required Qualifications:**

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree with graduation between December 2027 and June 2028

- Strong academic record

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English

- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

- Proactive problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn and adapt

- Demonstrated passion for technology, business partnerships, and customer success

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Prior experience or coursework related to sales, business development, marketing, or operations

- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or cloud technologies

- Demonstrated interest in partner ecosystems or channel management

- Experience with relevant coursework, extracurricular activities, or community involvement

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
