## Description

Multimatic Niche Vehicles NA is seeking an Expeditor (12-Month Contract) who will work as part of the Purchasing & Logistics teams, having ownership of assigned suppliers.

This role requires outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, strong typing skills, strong interpersonal skills, sense of urgency, ability to effectively communicate and ability to escalate issues in a timely manner when required.

Working with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and arranging inbound and outbound shipments

- Issuing weekly & bi-weekly supplier EDI Demand Schedules and collecting supplier delivery confirmations for assigned suppliers

- Analysing assigned suppliers' demand shifts and received delivery confirmations

- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining customs and shipping documentation to support smooth import and export activity

- Supporting reporting and data analysis related to inventory, tariffs, trade compliance, and operational performance

- Monitoring inventory levels and material movements of assigned supply scope

- Escalating all commercial, material & delivery issues to appropriate Buyers and Management

- Maintaining accurate purchasing and logistics records within SAP and other internal systems

- Collaborating closely with logistics, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and support daily priorities

The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be: $42,640.00 - $63,627.20

- Advanced Excel Skills
- Supply Chain accreditation

### Nice to have
- Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration, IT or related field
- 0-3 years experience working within a manufacturing environment
- 0-3 years of MRP/ERP experience, preferably in SAP
