## Description

You will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for core OneStream platform capabilities across Capital One into the next era, building an ecosystem that enables speed, adds delight, and creates value for our users.

OneStream is the mission-critical Enterprise Data Publishing Platform, operating at massive scale, powering data registration, ingestion, transformation, and movement capabilities for thousands of data engineers and analysts.

Key responsibilities:

- Define the long-term vision and strategy for the enterprise OneStream (Data Pipeline platform) product portfolio across Capital One

- Champion the execution of next-generation product features utilizing a strong foundation in product management and data platforms

- Inspire and coach a high-performing team of product managers

- Influence customers within all major lines of business and within partner teams including tech, architecture, design, analytics, and risk management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience

- At least 2 years of people leadership experience

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives and technical engineering partners
